SVR 10 PRODUCTION PROCESS
Raw material for SVR10/20 production (
lump cup…) put in the factory will be classified and divided into plots
Workers will gather rubbish such as PE
bag, small wooden, PE cord…
After that, The Raw materials will
be kept ( covered by canvas sheets)
The time of keeping will be at least 10 days, and marked on each lot by keeping
timetable.Watering will be made twice a day lot to lot and checked/observed by
inspector each day.
The
checked and kept raw materials will be go to the processing with
beginning from admit tank. Admit Conveyor belt will take the raw
materials
go to piece-cutter, and drop to the first stir-wash pool.
At the
first stir-wash pool , workers will re- pick up rubbish again
After
that, the first bucket conveyor belt will take raw materialsfrom the first
stir-wash pool to the first pre-breaker to cut the materials onto smaller
pieces, and then drop to the second stir-wash pool.
At the pool, workers will continue to check and take out rubbis
The second
bucket conveyor belt will take raw materials from
the second stir-wash pool to the second pre-breaker to cut
the materials onto more smaller pieces,
and then drop to the third stir-wash pool. At the third pool,
workers will continue to re-check and take out rubbish one more time.
Raw
materials from the third pool will be taken onto the three rotation axis
creeper ( Creeper No.1) bythe third bucket conveyor belt , and then go to
creeper No.2 and creeper No.3 by conveyors to make material sheets before dropping onto breaker.
At creepers ( No.1/2/3) and conveyors, watering with high pressure will
be done directly onto raw materials to wash and reject almost remain sands and
dirty articles from raw materials.
After that, material sheets
will be dropt onto the first breaker.
The breaker (machine) will cut material sheets onto small bead with size 4mmx6mm, and drop to the fourth pool.
At this pool, the rubber bead continue to wash by water
The fourth
bucket conveyor belt will continue to take rubber bead washed at the fourth
pool to creeper No. 4 to make rubber sheets again, and then the rubber sheets will
continue to go to creeper No. 5, No. 6, No.7, and No.8 by conveyors. At
the creepers ( No.4/5/6/7/8) and conveyors,
watering with high pressure will be done directly onto raw materials again to
wash and reject remain sands and dirty articles from raw materials.
After that, rubber sheets will be dropt onto the second breaker.
This breaker will cut rubber sheets onto smaller beads with size 5mmx5mm, and
drop to the fifth pool. At this pool, the rubber beads continue to wash by
water
The beads will
be absorbed into stainless steel cases.
Workers will be dispose box, marked and push case to the drying place before
put it onto drying room
Then, the
dried surface cases will be put onto drying room.
The worker in charge of drying room will adjust degree of heat depend on
each lot of raw materials to make sure that the finished product will
be
good.
The finished product will be check
surface, inside to make sure that there will be no rubbish, white slot…,
and then it will be weight ( 33.33kgs or 35 kgs depend on customer
ordered), pack by bale packing machine, wrapped by PE bag. Then Bales
will put on pallet covered by steel box
After that
, tester will cut sample and take them go to the lab to test indexes ( Po, PRI, dirt, ML, ash, Nt…).
After tested , tester will stamp on
each pallet. Pallet will be put on warehouse await for delivery to customers
